Workshop Objectives

Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:

• Orient individuals on the procedure to follow in order to perform an occupational competency analysis
• Create a committee of expert practitioners
• Facilitate a DACUM analysis

Target Audience

• Government employees in charge of coordinating the creation or maintenance of occupational standards
• Curriculum or training development specialists
• Instructors, trainers, professors or any individuals who may be called upon to perform this type of analysis

Duration

5 consecutive days

Workshop outline

1. Experiencing a DACUM analysis;
2. Origins, features and uses of a DACUM occupational / competency analysis
3. Preparing for a DACUM Analysis
4. Conducting a DACUM Analysis
5. Producing a DACUM analysis

Number of participants

The workshop runs with 8 to 15 participants. You can register as an individual or as part of a group.

Registration fee

CAD $1,750 (+sales taxes) per person. Discount available for additional registrations from the same company.
