PROGRAM LAUNCH FOR THE 2018 APEX SYMPOSIUM:

The Association of Professional Executives of the Public Service of Canada (APEX) announces the 2018 edition of its premier learning conference, under the theme of  “Leadership Symposium: Innovative, Mindful and Inclusive”. The Symposium will be held at the Shaw Centre in Ottawa on May 29 and 30, 2018.  Registrations are opened.

Co-chaired by Christiane Fox, Deputy Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs and Youth, and Chris Forbes, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, the comprehensive program will offer a range of high-calibre guest speakers. Speakers will address the latest developments in global human capital trends and the future of work, disruptive innovation, the concept of mindful leadership, recruiting top talent, diversity and inclusion, positioning Canada in the world, the role of science, and finally leadership and indigenous community affairs.
